FACILITIES: Collins Traditional Irish Bar is a centre of activity and enjoyment in the Hotel. One can savour the spacious bar area or find a cosy corner to call your own. Collins Irish Bar is the ideal place for a quiet pint, a delicious carvery lunch or an appetizing snack from the Bar Menu. On Monday evenings, we have traditional Irish music in the bar for the entertain ment of guests and our regular customers. Excellent music also available on the Jazz Bank Holiday weekend in October.

A stylish contemporary Bistro was opened in the hotel in June '03 as part of the hotel's new €11 million extension. The 150 seater bistro incorporates several unique design features with each of its six sections done in a different theme and style of decor.
